Much of this company and what it stands for is due to family
history. Mike's Grandpa, Owen Sessler, was a race car driver. Mike never
got to see his Grandpa race, but on Sundays the grandkids would ask to
hear the stories. Owen would get out his photo album and they would sit
around and the stories began. Unfortunately, Mike lost his grandfather a few years ago. Mike regrets that his Grandpa never got to see him race at a short track. In honor of his Grandpa Owen Mike races the #6 that he used to race in midgets. Before every race as Mike sits in his car, he has a quiet moment that he says a prayer just to him. You will also notice that all his cars have a decal in his memory as well. You are greatly Missed Grandpa Owen, we love you! |

Owen raced many cars at several tracks over his years of racing. He has raced the Athens, MI, Osceola Speedway, Twanda, IL Speedway, Champaign, IL Speedway and our very own South Bend Speedway. He has raced Stock Cars and Midgets, paved tracks and dirt. His career was varied just as any driver's is. | ||
